The development of new approaches of standardization of the species "the Siberian swallow"

Author(s): Kurkin Vladimir, Shmygareva Anna

Abstract: The methodological approaches for standardization of the species "the Siberian swallow" were developed on the base of results of chemical investigation of Frangula alnus Mill. barks. These approaches consist in the determination of anthracen derivatives by means of spectrophotometry at analytical wavelength 524 nm and using of frangulin A as standard sample.  The contents of the total anthracen derivatives in species "the Siberian swallow" are varied with 3,50 % to 3,63% (calculated on frangulin A).
