The present study focused on the development and evaluation of polyherbal formulations incorporating Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Elephant Foot Yam) and Manilkarakauki (L.) Dubard for potential therapeutic applications. A proniosomal gel prepared from Amorphophallus paeoniifolius demonstrated moderate antioxidant activity, a gel formulated from Manilkarakauki seeds exhibited significant anti-inflammatory effects when compared with standard commercial products. These findings highlight the potential of polyherbal approaches in addressing oxidative stress and inflammation two key factors contributing to aging and degenerative conditions. The formulations show promise as natural-based therapies for anti-aging and inflammation reduction, offering an advanced alternative to synthetic agents. Future directions involve exploring commercialization pathways, expanding therapeutic applications, and collaborating with public health organizations to enhance global accessibility to effective, plant-based treatments.
